Rooms spacious and beautifully decorated, offering fantastic views. The dining area feels good.
The stone and granite roadway to the castle is steep, necessitating careful driving. If you're planning a visit, be aware that the walk back might not suit everyone, as the incline can be a workout.

This recently updated hotel features centuries-old architecture and fine antique furnishings. The comfortable bed and excellent climate control ensure a restful night, while bathroom amenities are plentiful. Room was spacious and luxurious with a fantastic spa bath that gave a touch of elegance to our weekend getaway. The castle was beautifully restored and there was a lovely dining area where we enjoyed delicious food. The location also allowed us to enjoy some amazing views of the surrounding area.
The staff was unable to communicate effectively due to the language barrier, which made it difficult to get information about the hotel or room. we found the town and hotel to be lacking in excitement, and there wasn't much to do beyond admiring the lovely scenery.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was nothing short of a magical experience. the historic building where we stayed was absolutely stunning, and the views from the top floor were breathtaking, adding to the holiday experience. the staff were helpful and welcoming, making us feel like we were part of a family. And finally, we enjoyed the local cuisine, which was delicious and authentically Italian, adding to the ambiance of the Christmas period.
Not everything was perfect. One of the issues was the shower, which was a bit tricky to handle, making bathing a little uncomfortable.
